If you drink and drive, even if it is in separate occasions, then you might want to have the number of a good NJ DWI lawyer handy. This is because a case of DWI or driving while intoxicated is a serious matter and you should definitely care enough to get it out of your plate as soon as possible. Most of the time though, as soon as you are caught you would spend the night in jail which is not a comfortable thing and it could just be a little more dangerous, not to mention a bad blot on your record as a citizen. If you did have that DWI lawyer handy though, then you will get out of it without any real problem and that is why you should care about having one on retainer or at least one that you can contact immediately. Remember that any charge, especially something as serious as this, needs to be addressed properly and seriously and that is the job of the lawyer, and that is why you should care.
